Yes! It is our goal to take care of any issues that arise with your home. When you need an emergency repair, we will be there. And when you're looking for an upgrade, we can do that too! 

Do you provide custom design services?

Yes, we offer custom design services to bring your unique ideas to life. The plan could require blueprints or be as simple as copying elements from a magazine photo. Either way, it's your own unique idea coming to life. We build it based on your goals and the architectural styling of the home. In order to make your project fit seamlessly, be open to small changes as the project evolves. It is critical that it not look added later or repaired.

Arthur McKinlay grew up in Birmingham, MI and has been building projects for more than 30 years. During that time, Art has completed countless seasonal outdoor wood and composite deck projects and stone patios. Indoor projects include custom cabinetry and built-ins. Complete basement finishing with multiple rooms, kitchen and bath projects including tubs, sinks, with all plumbing and electrical installations (and troubleshooting of existing systems). Living space remodeling includes framing, walls, and trim mouldings. Art has extensive knowledge in all types of flooring installations including natural stone, tile, wood and performance epoxy commercial, basement and garage floors. Art has commercial office space experience as head of maintenance at Adams Woods Office Center for 6 years, where he was responsible for the needs of all common spaces and approximately 20 tenants' office suites. Art has performed various plumbing, electrical, and general construction projects--including both planned remodeling and emergency projects .
